概述、功能和应用详情
PAIS 是菲律宾国家警察的人事会计信息系统。PNP 人员使用其 PAIS 账户维护服役记录,并访问与这些记录关联的在线工资单服务。
PAIS stands for Personnel Accounting Information System. It is the Philippine National Police's internal system for personnel records, and the PAIS login at pais.pnp.gov.ph is where serving PNP personnel reach the account that holds their service and pay-related records.
Who uses PAIS
PAIS is for PNP personnel only. It is not a public portal, and you cannot sign up for it as a civilian. Accounts are issued through the PNP's personnel and accounting offices, so your username and password come from your unit or the office that handles your records.
How to log in
Go to pais.pnp.gov.ph and open the login page. Type the username issued to you, then your password, and sign in. Once you are in, you can check the personnel details on file and use the services linked to your account. If your details on the account are wrong, that is a records problem, not a password problem — raise it with your unit's personnel or finance office so the source record gets fixed.
PAIS and your payslip
Most people searching for PAIS are really after their payslip. Your monthly payslip is generated from the same personnel and payroll records PAIS tracks, which is why the two searches blur together. PNP payslip viewing has moved across portals over the years, and current PNP announcements point personnel to the PNP payslip portal for the payslip itself. If a payslip for a specific month is missing, check whether it was issued as a regular or a supplemental payslip before you report it, and report wrong deductions to your unit finance office — corrections only happen through official channels.
Login problems
Forgotten passwords are reset through official PNP channels, never through a third-party site. Never type your PAIS password into any page that is not on an official PNP domain, and never pay anyone who offers to recover your account. If the portal will not load, try again outside peak hours and confirm the current portal address through your unit, because PNP moves these systems from time to time.
